Get 2 dry bowls, a sieve, and a whisker for mixing your spiceMix the following ingredients in one of the dry bowls5 tsp of cinnamon4 tsp of ginger3 tsp of nutmeg3 tsp of allspice1½ tsp of clovesUse your sifter to sieve these ingredients in the second dry bowlNow, use your whisker to mix the ingredients well. Get a dry jar; a funnel, and gently pour your pumpkin pie spice into the jarShake the jar to mix properly. There, you have made 16½ tsp of pumpkin pie spice

A) Carmel Pumpkin Pie Popcorn

Ingredients

How to make it?

If you’re using popcorn kernel, heat it with hot cooking oil till it pops white, and keep it aside. Now preheat your pot and add 6 tsp of unsalted butter (if you’re using salted butter there’s no need to add salt to your popcorn). Also sometimes, your ready-made popcorn may have salt tastiness in it. Add the following ingredients3 cups of brown sugar2½  tsp of pumpkin pie spice2 tsp of corn or maple syrup1 tsp of VallinaPinch of salt (only if you’re using unsalted butter)3 tsp of waterStir these mixtures gently till it bubbles, allow it to steam for 30 seconds, then turn off the gasGet your cookie tray (2 for each bag of ready-made popcorn), place your wax paper on it, spread your 2 bags of popcorn on each tray, sprinkle ¼ cup of pumpkin seed on each pan, and pour your cooked ingredient evenly on each pan, and mix it. Bake in an oven at 225 degrees for 1hr and stir it every 15 minutes within the 1hr interval

B) White Chocolate Pumpkin Spice Popcorn

Ingredients

¼ cup of the popcorn kernelButterCorn or maple syrupBrown sugarPumpkin pie spice¼ cup of white chocolate

How to prepare?

Pop your popcorn kernel with 1 tsp of cooking oil, and keep asideMeasure ¼ of the following ingredients in your pot¼ cup of butter and brown sugar¼ tsp of corn or maple syrup¼ tsp of pumpkin pie spiceMix these ingredients in the pot for 2-3 minutes till it bubblesGet your popped popcorn and mix it evenly with your pumpkin pie sauceSpread it on your wax or parchment paper to coolMelt ¼ cup of white chocolate in your ovenWhen it melts completely, put it in a piping bag and quickly spread it on your popcorn

Note:  Make sure the melted white chocolate doesn’t stay cool for long. If not, it will harden and you won’t be able to use it as intended.
