Multitask like a millennial—walk and snap
When: Saturday, March 31st, 10 A.M. – 5:30 P.M.
Where: San Francisco
Why: Follow the coastline for a very brisk 15-mile walk. You’ll pass the Embarcadero Center, the Palace of Fine Arts, the Golden Gate Bridge Welcome Center, Baker Beach, Lands End, the Sutro Bath ruins…and still further, all the way to the zoo. There will be a stop for lunch, with the hike ending around 5:30 P.M. Talk about a full yet fulfilling day! How many San Franciscans can say they’ve tackled this challenge? Party like a Weasley twin

Where: Origin Nightclub
Why: Break out some broken glasses and a trendy scar, because Origin Nightclub is transforming into Hogwarts on Saturday night. If you don’t wish to dress up, you’ll probably just be considered a muggle. Props, decorations, a sorting hat, a complimentary photo booth, and a special drink menu are all part of the deal. Drink like you mean it, for a cause
When: Saturday, March 31st from 6 P.M. – 10 P.M.
Where: The Fairmont, San Francisco
Why: If you’ve ever been curious about the famous Swig Suite penthouse at the Fairmont, this weekend you can waltz around in it for a good cause. The Spinsters of San Francisco, a philanthropic organization, is holding their annual Legacy Benefit in support of KEEN San Francisco. KEEN (Kids Enjoy Exercise Now) is a nonprofit organization that provides free recreational opportunities for children and young adults with disabilities.
